  • ChatGPT now records meetings and connects to cloud storage.

  • DeepMind’s new email tool replies in your exact tone, so you won’t need a VA.

Let’s dive in.

🦾 A.I. In Action

Goal:

Score leads automatically based on form responses, send the right follow-up, and reduce manual qualification.

Tools You’ll Need:

  1. Zapier: for automation

  2. Magistral Small (via Together.ai or Hugging Face): for lead scoring

  3. ChatGPT: for generating follow-up emails

  4. A form tool: like Typeform, Google Forms, or HubSpot

  5. Your CRM or Gmail: for sending the actual emails

 Setup Instructions

Step 1: Create Your Lead Capture Form

Use Typeform, Google Forms, or HubSpot Forms to collect:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Company size

  • Pain point

  • Budget

  • Timeline

Make sure your tool is supported in Zapier as a trigger.

Step 2: Connect Zapier to the Form Tool

  1. In Zapier, create a New Zap

  2. Trigger App: Typeform (or your form app)

  3. Trigger Event: New Form Submission

  4. Map the fields (e.g. name, budget, timeline, etc.)

Step 3: Score the Lead with Magistral Small

You'll use a Webhook by Zapier → Custom Request to send the data to a Magistral Small endpoint (via Together.ai or your Hugging Face-hosted model).

Request Type: POST
Endpoint: Your Magistral Small hosted endpoint (Hugging Face or Together)
Payload Prompt:

json

Copy

{

"inputs": "You're a sales analyst. Score this lead from 1–10 based on their answers:\n\nCompany size: {{company_size}}\nPain point: {{pain_point}}\nBudget: {{budget}}\nTimeline: {{timeline}}\n\nJust return a single number from 1 to 10."

}

Output Parsing: Use a Formatter step to extract the score (as a number).

Step 4: Branch Based on Score

Add a "Filter" or "Paths" step in Zapier to route actions based on score:

  • If Score ≥ 8 → Path 1: VIP Email

  • If Score 5–7 → Path 2: Standard Follow-Up

  • If Score ≤ 4 → Path 3: Add to Nurture List

Step 5: Compose a Follow-Up Email Using ChatGPT

  1. Add an OpenA.I. (ChatGPT) step

  2. Use this prompt:

plaintext

Copy

Write a friendly follow-up email for a lead who scored {{score}} and is interested in [product/service]. Keep it personal and include a clear call-to-action.

  1. Get the output and map it into the next Zapier step.

Step 6: Send the Email or Create a CRM Task

  • Tool: Gmail, Outlook, or CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)

  • Action: Send email to lead

  • Or: Create a follow-up task in CRM

Why This Works

  • Auto-qualifies leads 24/7

  • Custom email copy is tailored to interest level

  • No salesperson needed for the first touch

  • You only jump in for hot leads

🍳 What’s Cooking?

We had our monthly all team meeting the other day, and during it, we covered key metrics as usual. One of the highlights? We set an ad spend company record. 236,148.58 big buckeroos in one week!!! 😅 I can’t sugar coat it. Spending a quarter mil on ad spend made me sweat a little bit. It’s a lot.

At the same time, the numbers were there to support it. Our north star? Customer acquisition cost (or CAC). We were sitting at 1,543.40 dollars which is well within our range to be profitable. When the numbers look good, I’ve made sure the ads team knows that they can push aggressively. While this definitely qualifies as a company milestone, it doesn’t come overnight. We have creeped up incrementally. We continuously optimize our ads. I’ve hired ads rockstars who have deep knowledge of how to crush the ads game on Google, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

And you can, too. Step-by-step.

Until next week,
