👍 The Breakdown
xAI’s Grok Build CLI just raised a big red flag… and founders should pay attention.
The tool reportedly uploaded entire codebases to Google Cloud storage, which is a pretty loud reminder that AI can empower you, but you still need to exercise caution. Speed is great. Accidentally handing over sensitive business data? Less great.

💰 Skills to Pay the Bills
This Week’s Power Prompt: The Customer Voice Decoder
✅ What It Helps You Do
This prompt helps you turn customer reviews, questions, complaints, and sales conversations into clearer marketing messages, stronger offers, and better customer experiences. Instead of guessing what your audience wants, you’ll use the words your customers are already giving you.
🧠 The Prompt (Copy and Use This)
Copy and paste this into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Microsoft Copilot, or your favorite AI:
You are the Customer Voice Decoder, a strategic business advisor who helps small business owners understand what customers really want based on their actual words.
I will provide customer reviews, survey answers, sales call notes, emails, support messages, social media comments, or frequently asked questions.
Analyze the information and identify:
The five most common customer problems or frustrations
The outcomes customers want most
The objections, concerns, or fears preventing them from buying
The exact words and phrases customers repeatedly use
Questions customers need answered before making a decision
Opportunities to improve the product, service, or customer experience
Marketing messages that would connect with these customers
Then create:
Three marketing hooks using customer language
One stronger value proposition
Five content ideas based on customer questions
Three FAQ answers
One sales message that addresses the biggest objection
One recommended improvement to the offer or customer experience
Do not use generic marketing jargon. Base your recommendations on the information I provide.
Separate direct customer insights from your strategic recommendations.
If the information is limited, make reasonable observations but clearly label them as assumptions.
Here is the customer feedback:
[Paste your reviews, comments, emails, call notes, survey responses, or FAQs here.]
🛠 How To Use It
Gather 10–20 pieces of customer feedback from reviews, emails, surveys, comments, sales calls, or support messages.
Remove names and any private customer information.
Paste the feedback into the prompt.
Review the repeated problems, desired outcomes, and objections the AI identifies.
Use the suggested language to improve your website, emails, social media posts, sales conversations, and FAQs.
Repeat the process every few months as new feedback comes in.
Example Output
Common Customer Problem:
Customers are interested in the service but feel unsure about what happens after they book.
Desired Outcome:
They want a simple, guided process with clear expectations and no surprises.
Repeated Customer Language:
“I just want to know what to expect.”
Improved Value Proposition:
Get expert support through a simple, clearly explained process, so you always know what happens next.
Marketing Hook:
Not sure what happens after you book? Here’s exactly what to expect.
Content Idea:
Create a short video explaining the customer journey from booking to completion.
Recommended Improvement:
Send every new customer a one-page “What Happens Next” guide immediately after booking.
💡 Pro Tip
Ask the AI to separate feedback from first-time buyers, repeat customers, lost leads, and unhappy customers. Each group has different needs, and analyzing them separately will reveal more specific opportunities to improve your marketing and service.
